As per our original aspirations for the facility, The Look has been slowly growing its team in Cardiff. It has always been our plan to train people who want to stay in the city, and our team have real roots in the area, with two having studied at the University of South Wales and all living locally. Their continued ambition is to make our Cardiff facility flourish, as such the team of three is now looking to hire a fourth person.
Services include data and storage management, conforming, pixel fixing, online and deliverables. There is also a new grading and online suite for the team to invite clients, as well as hone their grading skills!
We are capable of client attended sessions and hope to see more of these in the near future with our productions often shooting in and around the Cardiff area.
